Meet Casper. Back in 1909—long before Route 66 even ran through Springfield—he was already ladling up his legendary, secret-recipe chili. This iconic photo of our founding father (arms crossed) still hangs proudly in the diner, keeping watch over every delicious bowl we serve.

The beef is ground fresh daily and the chili follows the original recipe, same as always. Find us on Glenstone — Mon through Sat, 10:30am to 8pm.
